This feature automatically generates a cancellation form for each order placed on your store and attaches it to the customer's order confirmation email. The form includes details of the order, your postal address (using the same address that's shown on your invoice template) and a brief instruction for the customer to complete and sign if they wish to cancel their order.
Please note that the form has a basic layout, and if you require any alterations to it this will incur an additional charge.
