This feature enables you to offer Collect in Store as a delivery option, and allows your customers to choose one of your branches as a pickup point for their order (you can add/edit branches via your admin system).
Customers can choose Collect in Store as their delivery method during the checkout process, and then enter their postcode to list branches in order of proximity. The branch nearest to them will be selected as default, however customers can select an alternative if required, and the location of their selected branch will be shown in a map (generated by Google) on the delivery screen. Customers can then proceed to payment, and the selected branch address will be shown as the delivery address for their order.
Please note that this functionality is not linked to stock, which means it cannot determine which items are available in which branches, and so the logistics of order fulfilment is your responsibility (please be aware that this may mean you'll need to move stock from one branch to another to ensure a customer's order can be completed).
This feature is only available on stores with our Enterprise Checkout.
