With this feature you can indicate when you'd like an order to be shipped to an international customer by FedEx, and generate a text file that contains relevant delivery data such as the customer address. When saved to a specified location on your PC, the text files are automatically collected by FedEx (via software supplied by the courier) enabling it to process the delivery as required, as well as generate a file containing order ID and tracking code which can be manually imported back into your online store via the Import Consignments Screen. Please note that you'll need a relevant account with FedEx before we can implement this feature, and FedEx will need to directly provide you with relevant software to enable its functionality.
