This feature enables you to upload files (such as personalisation proof PDFs, assessment documents, etc) via your store's admin system and save them against a customer. Once added, each file is then viewable to both you (via the customer's record in your admin system) and the customer (via a 'My Files' area in their customer account on your store). Multiple file types are allowed (pdf, doc, docx ,xls, xlsx, csv, xml, ppt, pptx, zip, mp3, mp4, flv), however please note that each file must be smaller than 16MB.
