The Customer Order Activity screen enables you to filter your store's customers based on their order history (previously ordered or never ordered within a specified timeframe) and order status (successful or unsuccessful). The screen gives you a general overview of your customers' order activity, which you might find useful for sending targeted newsletters and/or discount codes to encourage customers to purchase (e.g. a special discount offer for those that haven't bought on store in the last six months).
