Our Customer Service System enables etailers to conveniently manage site user/customer enquiries directly via their store's admin system. Site users and customers can submit enquiries via an on-store form which etailers receive, and can respond to, via the admin system and any responses sent are formatted as branded emails. The feature also enables etailers to link enquiries to specific orders if required for ease of reference, and further replies from the customer are also linked as well. As part of the feature we also add the necessary functionality to enable etailers to use template responses for common queries, and set statuses for enquiries (New, Open, Awaiting Customer, Pending and Closed) for effective query management.
