This feature enables etailers to easily gain valuable feedback from customers at the point of purchase, and can provide insight into everything from the customer's journey to the reason behind their purchase. As part of the feature, a survey form is positioned on the checkout page, which can include up to ten short questions (with 'yes or no' responses available), and a general comments box. Responses are stored within the admin system, where individual responses, or multiple responses grouped by a selected date range, can be viewed.
This functionality is not available on standalone mobile sites.
