We'll integrate your store with Feefo and send a daily feed to the third party containing details of all orders dispatched within a 14 day period. This will enable Feefo to send a 'Product Review' request email to each applicable customer after a user-configurable delay period.
We will also place Feefo's widget on your store's product listing and product pages, with the widget linking to the reviews of each individual product on Feefo's site. Further to this, an overall service review widget can also be placed within your store's footer.
Please note that you must have an account with Feefo to enable functionality, and are responsible for all ongoing/associated costs. The feed sent to Feefo can use either the value of your product reference field or our internal product numbers for product identification.
