This functionality indicates if you've received an order from a customer that has been flagged as potentially fraudulent on another store on the Visualsoft eCommerce platform (based on billing postcode, and billing postcode and house number).
The fraud alerts, which are shown within each order, aim to give you further info when choosing whether or not to process an order, however please be assured that the feature does not share any confidential data.
