This feature enables product reviews on your store to be automatically submitted for inclusion on Google Shopping, via an XML feed. The full feed containing all approved reviews will be sent once per week, and an incremental feed containing newly added/approved reviews will be sent daily when applicable. Successfully submitted reviews will be shown alongside relevant products - and other reviews from other stores' customers - within Google Shopping, which can help increase awareness and credibility of your store among online shoppers.
Please note that your store will need to be approved by Google before your customers' reviews can be submitted. In addition, you must have an active Google Merchant Center Account to enable this functionality, and your product reviews must be collated directly via your store or by an approved provider that's integrated with our eCommerce platform.
This feature does not guarantee that your review content will be included in Google Shopping - all content submitted/participating merchants must comply with Google's programme policies.
