We'll integrate your store with the Bazaar Voice Conversations solution to enable you to collect and leverage reviews from your customers, with the aim of building consumer confidence in your products.
As part of the integration a daily feed of order details is sent from from your store to Bazaar Voice, which the third party then uses to email your customers and request that they review their purchases. Bazaar Voice then collates submitted reviews, and if you choose to publish them, this feature ensures that they're dynamically shown within a Bazaar Voice widget on the relevant product pages on your store. In addition, any store visitor can submit reviews via the product page widget if they wish, and you publish/reject the submissions as required via Bazaar Voice.
Please note that integration only relates to the reviews element of the Bazaar Voice Conversations solution, and you will need an active Bazaar Voice account to enable this feature and are responsible for all ongoing/associated costs.
This feature is not available on standalone mobile sites.
