The Site Search Report screen shows which terms visitors search for on your site (within a specified timeframe if required), and can be used to improve the user experience by rewording or redirecting commonly misspelt terms to ensure visitors that enter them find exactly what they're looking for. For example, if visitors frequently search for 'paysley', it's possible to reword that search term to the correct spelling of 'paisley' so in future, when visitors enter 'paylsey' into the store search bar, it will show them relevant results rather than zero items.
Alternatively, using the screen it's possible to redirect future visitors by specifying URLs for commonly misspelt terms - for example, if visitors commonly search for 'Barbar', the system can be instructed to redirect them to a store's Barbour brand page.
