The Store Appointments feature is ideal for retailers that offer in-store services such as bike fitting, shoe measuring or suit fitting appointments.
Via your admin system, you can add all of your physical stores along with the days and times that you offer appointments at each store. Your customers will be able to see your availability on your website via a calendar and can secure their booking by completing a simple contact form (no registration or payment details are required).
Along with setting the rules for each store, you are also able to state the length of the appointment and limit the number of customers that can attend at one time. This could be due to adhering to social distancing regulations or staff availability that you have for that service e.g. you only have one changing room to do a suit fitting.
As appointments are booked they are removed from the list of available timeslots, and days are removed from the calendar when all slots are taken, ensuring that you don't overbook.
Please note: When the appointment rules are created per store, these rules would apply to all types of appointment that could be undertaken in that particular store. For example, if you offer a wedding dress fitting and suit measuring service, the available appointment times would be the same for both services; you will not be able to take a booking specifically for either a dress or a suit fitting.
The addition of this feature also opens a new menu in your admin where you can view and manage your bookings for each store.
