For online retailers that also have brick and mortar stores or spaces, offering interactive events and experiences can be a great way to build your brand and boost interest from shoppers.

Ideal for retailers that offer instructional workshops, tours, or food and drink tasting sessions, with our Events Booking System you can enable shoppers to purchase places at available events via your online store. Using the feature, you can create events as products in your store’s admin system - e.g. Personal Shopper Experience - and then link the event products to available time slots and specify the maximum number of customers per time slot. Once live on your store via a dedicated events area, shoppers can select an event or experience, choose a suitable date and time via a calendar, and the booking is automatically added to their basket so they can pay using your store’s standard checkout process (please note that the full balance must be paid at the time of order - it's not possible to pay a deposit or pay by finance). If a slot becomes unavailable between the time of adding to basket and paying, the customer will not be able to complete the order, ensuring you don’t oversell your event slots.

Once purchased, booking details are sent to your customers within an order confirmation email and stored within customer accounts.
