Courier Export - Metapack (Back End Only)

Thanks to the incredible level of convenience that click and collect offers, it’s an increasingly popular shipping method for online shoppers who don’t wish to wait at home for deliveries, and to enable you to offer it as an option to your customers, our platform includes a collect in store feature as well as a direct integration with Collect+.

Collect+ offers a wide network of newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations that act as collection points across the UK and Northern Ireland, enabling shoppers to choose from 10,000 locations. Most urban populations are less than a mile away from their nearest Collect+ collection point.

For retailers that would prefer to use the service via their Metapack account, with this feature we integrate your store with Collect+ and also enable you to generate delivery consignments for Metapack via your store’s admin system. Shoppers can find and select their preferred Collect+ collection point via an interactive map - which also displays addresses and opening times - during the checkout process, and once orders are placed, you can generate delivery consignments, and send them to Collect+ via your online Metapack account. When orders are shipped, tracking details are automatically sent to customers via email.
