Our platform includes a huge range of features designed to put the right details in front of shoppers at the right time, including Custom Stock Messages.

With this feature you can create specific stock messages within your store's admin system to be displayed alongside products on their respective pages on your store - e.g. 'In Stock | Usually Dispatched in 24 Hours'. The messages provide useful information to shoppers, and by reassuring them in regards to shipment expectations, they can also help to strengthen your store’s conversion rate.

In addition to creating general messages, you can also set up messages that will only be displayed when certain conditions are met, such as when a product is out of stock, or the stock levels are at a specified value. You can also set timers against messages to ensure that they’re only displayed when applicable - for example, you can choose to display a message that says ‘Order today for next day delivery’ before 2pm on weekdays.
