Delivering a first class service to customers is a key element of running a successful online store, and to support that core objective, we’ve developed a suite of functionality to enable you to achieve the high standard that shoppers expect. We also provide features that give you an overview of your customers and their relationship with your store, such as our Customer Management feature.
With this feature, which is included as standard for every store powered by our platform, you can view and update account records for every one of your online customers via your store’s admin system. You can also create new customer records, remove accounts and reset customer passwords where needed, and assume a customer’s account if required, without viewing their password details.
In addition, within the Customer Management area you can view the order history for each customer as well as their eWallet and reward points balances where applicable, and you can see if they’re subscribed to your newsletters and which mailings they’ve received and read, giving you a greater understanding of how they interact with your business.
