This feature is exclusive to merchants that have been invited by Amazon to become an Amazon Vendor (where they only need to provide Amazon's Vendor Central with required goods, rather than directly interact with customers or fulfil orders).

The functionality imports your Amazon Vendor orders (in EDI format) from Amazon into a designated screen on your online store's admin system. Via your admin you can view the orders and indicate which you can fulfil (or are unable to fulfil if items are out of stock/obsolete), click to update Amazon with this info, and then the system will automatically create orders on your store for the items you're able to send out.
This a commission-based feature which we'll charge for on a monthly basis while the feature is live on your store, for a minimum period of 12 months. You'll be charged either 1.5% commission each month on the gross value (excluding delivery costs) of any successful orders placed as a result of this functionality, or a minimum monthly charge of £20 plus VAT (whichever is greater).
The commission rate will be reviewed every 12 months, and commission on cancelled/refunded orders will be credited on request.
