To help you streamline the order fulfilment journey, the admin system that we provide you with to run your online store includes comprehensive Order Management functionality as standard.

With this feature, you can easily manage your customers’ orders via a designated Orders section with your admin system, and functionality includes the ability to view all orders, download printable invoices and delivery notes, and filter orders within specified time periods or by a wide range of other criteria including payment type, billing country, and sales channel. The feature also allows you to update order statuses - e.g. from Payment Received to Order Dispatched - which creates a recorded audit trail for each order, and each status change can be set to trigger automated emails to customers to alert them of progress with their order. This can include order dispatch, collection reminder, order refund, and other template emails as required, and you can customise the content as required.
