Every online retailer receives returns, and while as a business you should aim to reduce your store’s return rate, it’s also recommended that you make the return process as straightforward as possible to ensure that you deliver excellent customer service.

With our Returns System, you can centrally manage all of your store’s returns via its admin system, helping to ease the process for you and your customers. Using the feature, shoppers can log into their customer account on your store and file a return request, which on completion is automatically stored in your admin system and emailed to both you and the customer. Customers can then print a return form for one or more items of an order which they can complete and send to your store via a postal or courier service along with the items they wish to return, enabling you to manually issue a refund or credit on receipt of the goods.

Via your store’s admin system, you can also specify the maximum number of days that customers have to submit a return after they've received an order, the email address which return requests must be forwarded to, and the postal address that must be displayed on the returns form for returned items.
