Custom Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a versatile option for customers looking to purchase items for their friends, family or colleagues, and as they can be delivered in an instant, they’re an ideal gift solution for last minute shoppers too. As well as helping you to secure more sales, particularly during festive seasons, gift vouchers can also act as a referral tool and introduce new customers to your brand.

With our Online Gift Vouchers feature, you can create online gift vouchers directly via your store’s admin system and make them available for sale on your site. As part of the feature, we’ll provide three voucher designs with standard themes - Congratulations, Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas - however you can also add further designs as needed.

Once live on your store, customers can select the voucher design they prefer, specify a voucher value, choose a delivery date, submit a personal message, and provide the email address and name of the intended recipient. Once a voucher is purchased - following the standard checkout process - your store’s admin system will automatically email it to its recipient on the specified delivery date. Recipients can then use a single-use discount code included as part of the email to redeem the voucher on your online store.
